wheel and tire packages

I was wondering if anyone has any websites with black rims with good prices, or if anyone has the hook up with anyone on rims and tires. I'm having a hard time finding some nice black rims with a polished lip that are 18X8 or 8.5. Just wondering if anyone knows where I can find some good prices.
