Where to get custom painted centers
Anybody know of a wheel manufacturer that does either custom painted or powdercoated centers on their wheels, along with a polished lip. I love the look of black centers with a chrome lip, but was thinking if I could get it done black cherry to match my Shinka, it would set it off nicely. I guess I could have it custom done on any wheel, just don't know if there's a better alternative.
Thanks for any info.

The only way to match it is to have them painted. Powder coat can not be matched like paint can. You could probably get a close shade of Black Cherry but it wouldn't match like the paint. I got a set that had flat black centers w polished lip and I had a body shop paint them nordic green. It does look good with the darker colors. Body shop charged like 65 a wheel.

Thanks for the info Coop. Any chance you have pics of your wheels? What make/model wheel did you go with? Sounds like you've done basically what I'm looking to do. I was thinking the powdercoat would be more durable than paint, and with the number of colors available, something should be pretty close to the black cherry. But painting might be the best way to go though, to get the variation in color with the angle of light like the rest of the car, and $65 per wheel doesn't sound too bad.
