thanks for the response everybody,
I actually ended up with a set of stockers from a member here. Couldn't find anything I'd actually liked and still be cheap enough for me to consider them DD worthy lol. There were a few that caught my eye, but they were almost as heavy as the chrome rims I had mounted. So that would've only solve the looks category, but did nothing in terms of relieving my 8 of that extra weight. So the stock rims should suffice.
for the record though, the stockers with Toyo Proxies weighted 41.4 LBS, Where as the chrome Mazzis, they were 54.1 LBS.
But I'll be picking something up for special events albiet not right now.
in terms of replicas though, I think Rotas are probably the best way to go. Cheap and somehow still light weight. Compared to XXR/sportmax, adr,etc. If I go replicas or not though, thats to be found out later on
