Widest tires on 18x8.5 mag?
Hey guys whats the wides size tire I could go on an 8.5inch mag?

If you check out Tirerack.com you will find that they show you the range of rim widths that each tire will fit. Quite handy.

don't bother with 265...stay 255...though why you would go that wide is beyond me for that size rim..get some 9.5's and bust out of the 260s

Hmm I just like the Hiro's ....so got a good deal on them for A staggered 19 * 9.5 setup....otherwise oem is good for me

the staggered set up makes it look sick from the rear. haha

i would say 255s as to not buldge the tire out so much. lol.

u can go as wide as u want w/o worrying about speedo diffs as long as ur profile goes down accordingly.


225 45 going to 255 would prolly make u run a 40 profile to balance out the width diff. go to 1010tires.com and use their calculator they tell u how much faster/slower ur wheels will move when u input new tire sizes, i visit the site almost daily just to mess aorund with digits
