Basically you are saying pick a wheel for you. We don't do that. Come back with a wheel and we can help then.

What about 18x9.5 30 OS? I am lowered on Tanabe Gf210. Thanks

Ross_Dawg 12-05-2009 05:28 PM

fender rolling is needed on all 4 fenders. Its a very good look BTW

What size tires would be best for 18x9.5? And, what if i get a bigger offset? Would that help? Thanks:sweatdrop

TopGear8 12-06-2009 12:03 AM

^Anything from a 255-275 should fit just fine. The lower the offset the harder it will be to fit a 275..

255's will fit with fenders rolled; 275's will fit with rolled fenders + camber or ppulled fenders moderate camber. If you're at stock height you might get away with just rolling. If you lower it at all though you will need to mess with the camber (on the 275's).

So it wont rubb? even though my car is lowered 1.2fr 1.4R? And i would never go bigger then 255's. i want to get 18x9.5 30 offset 255/40/18

Atilla 12-06-2009 02:14 AM

^roll your fenders.

xl2oGel2x 12-06-2009 02:26 AM

Ya better safe than sorry. I have the GF210's as well and its a little more drop then they claim. Roll your fenders, DO IT!

Really? hmmmmm, I just want to roll my fenders but i guess if thats the only way, The Rims i want only come with a 30 OS. What is your rim/tire size?

All 4 Corners? Right now this is my current setup. ( sorry this is due to my lack of tire/offset knowledge) which btw is way better now! anyways it is 18x7.5 42 Os 235/40/18.:cussing:

Atilla 12-06-2009 05:04 AM

i would roll my fenders any ways just in case - especially stepping up to 18x9.5 w/a +30's offset.

Do you think this setup will look nice? Or would you suggest i get a higher offset? I just dont want to go through all this trouble and it ot look good. Thanks again Atilla.

imput1234 12-06-2009 03:03 PM

It'll look good man. Look around a lot of people roll with that setup.

I tried finding a pic with that setup on a RX8 , no luck. Thats why i was asking. But thanks for the reply. I am wanting to get Rota's and they are not available in the setup that i want. Its so hard to get Rota's down here!! I guess i will just have to wait and suffer! I just hate the setup i have right now!:wallbash:

Atilla 12-06-2009 08:58 PM

for rota's check out wheeldude.com

What you should do first is find a wheel you like then find the specs - OR

you could be patient and wait til after the holidays when i finish my cheat sheet wheel finder program - all you'll have to do is find the specs you want and it'll tell you what wheels are available to you. ;)

J8635621 12-06-2009 09:04 PM

or subraru/mitsubishi evo forums. They love them some rotas and they run similar fitments.

Atilla 12-06-2009 09:12 PM

^just to add to that, the evo 1-9's have similar modest fitments - the evo X's run a lil' more aggressive.

Ross_Dawg 12-06-2009 09:35 PM

X's can run 9.5 +22's with no rolled fenders lol. They easily fit 10.5's :( I can haz X?

J8635621 12-07-2009 09:27 AM

http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=1894472 Someone that doesn't know what wheels to get should get these. FYI: I don't know what the wheels are worth, but I like them and they would fit without too much trouble.

Ross_Dawg 12-07-2009 04:17 PM

The 18x9.5 +32 are $630 ea brand new. Im sure you could snatch these up for much less than he's asking.

tiltmode43 12-07-2009 09:20 PM

Guys, what is the highest known offset run on an 8 without rubbing? Please include tire size if you happen to see it and yes, this is a serious question...

Ross_Dawg 12-07-2009 09:39 PM

By highest do you mean no rubbing on suspension or no rubbing on fenders?
