Mine fit fine with similar specs and I have done nothing. I don't know how much negative camber I have though.

Hey guys I need some advice.

What's the lowest offset I can go for 18x10s without needing a pull?

I'm lowered on Tanabe GF210s (drop is about equal to stechs) and I dont mind stretching a 245 on there.

question!

I just bought 4 nitto 555, 245/40 - 18 on stock rims, im lowered on tein s-tech springs, so can these 2 set ups work with these tires, & how would the +45 offset look versus the +35 offset look in the rear being its 9.5 wide rim? Also is the +45 offset a noticeable difference from stock? appreciate the help.
1. 18 x 8.5 fr +45offset
18 x 9.5rr +45offset

2. 18x8.5 fr +35 offset
18x9.5 rr +35 offset

Option 2 definitely. No reason to go staggered. You can fit the 9.5 +35 all around and it will be a noticeable difference from stock.

Thanx for the response guys. but what about rubbing in the front with a 9.5 wheel? i kinda wanted the staggered look as well. is it totally not a good idea to go staggered?

I told you it would fit in the front so why do you ask about rubbing lol? I don't get the staggered look personally. Why not just get the deep lip/concavity all around instead of just in the back? Our car was made to have the same size rims/tires all around, but some people say you can't feel the difference. Pretty sure there is a sticky about staggered rims on the first page of this subforum.

It's all good, just making sure before I spend $. I like a small lip in the front, but on sports cars deep lips in the front dosent look good I'm my opinion, but if anyone has a pic of deep lip rims all around their 8, would luv to see.

https://www.rx8club.com/rx-8-parts-sale-wanted-44/fs-custom-ame-circlar-rs-wheels-176141/ I'm sure there are a lot more. That is 18x10+38 with 275/35 all around in case you were curious. Even more aggressive than the 9.5 +35 and it doesn't rub in front, but needs fenders rolled in rear (which you would need with 255s and up).

Hmm. Find someone with specs similar to that and ask their opinion. Imput1234 has 17x10+25 with 245/40/17 I think. I would say +30 is good and will fit a tire a little wider than 245 but....you are better off asking someone who has that setup or something more aggressive lol.

this thread should be locked because it's only purpose is for lazy people to ask the same questions that have already been answered numerous times since it started.

That is the very common RPF1 setup and people run 275s all around without a problem.

Brian Major: check out 'the aggressive wheel fitment' thread for more details. Specifically forum member: tiltmode

he's managed to put teenage offsets on wide wheels on more than one occasion.

Roxie: offset matters a great deal on wheel fitment. 18x9.5 +45 will fit with little issues however 18x9.5 +10 will require more work, money, patience and an advil or two.

^Do you know what the offsets are?

A 245 in the front and 265 in the rear would be a good choice for you. You could do a 235 front and 255 rear if you don't want too much tire...

okay i previously had made a post of my specs but i gotta lil issue now..let me post them up again so you dont have to go searching..
okay ima go with a 18/8.5 in the front on a +35 offset..with a 225/45/18
and a 18/9.5 in the rear with a +40 offset with a 245/40/18
sitting on tein s techs..
tires are nitto invos..
i want to have the aggressive look with no rubbing..or having to roll the fender
now i went to discount tire today to order some enkei rpf1's they told me the set up wasnt possible that i was going to rubb and roll the fender and i needed to go with a +45 for the front and a +55 for the rear..now what do you guys think? i need some help..i just wanna be as sure as possible this time before i make this purchase because i have already messed up once..thanks..
