+1 w/Huey regarding fender rolling

Doc: 18x8.5 +35 is fine. If i may suggest, use 245/40 instead of 235's on the fronts. The rears should be fine

just remember to roll those fenders.

245/40 is better for the front imo. edit: Lol Atilla beat me to it.

Searched 18x10 in this thread, but couldn't find what I was looking for.

18x10+38, 265/35/18 on STOCK suspension. have access to an 8 and was hoping to try it out for autox on Sunday.

so far that sizing & tire requires rolling/pulling the rears, but that's lowered. stock suspension compresses enough that i'll have to do it? course layout will typically be a lower speed, tighter course.

thanks guys!

Nice specs

That'll fit on stock spension but you may want to roll your fenders anyways just incase you have a full car or at full load. Just in case.

They also will poke out if you're running stock. Do you have plans on lowering??

Nope, not going to lower - it's not my car. Only reason I'm using my wheels on it is because the current tires (OEM) are old and hardened. :D

But thanks for the feedback!

@ 'nilla

*edit* you answered before I got my post out!

I'd suggest a 245 for maximizing performance based on size plus it will stretch the tire more to require minimum fender roll if anything.

Our cars have adjustable camber btw, so you shouldn't need to buy a kit to adjust it..

yeah my bad - my mind strays quickly and my initial reaction was just laugh

anyways, no need for camber kits (i don't even think they make one for us??) Just have an alignment done and you're set to go.
