Yeah the 245/45's are way too tall, I will see if my buddy can hook me up with some 265's.

I would like to run the same size tire all the way around if I can.

it was my b day yesterday and i was given some new rims to me by my boy. i just got my 8 as well so im super stoked to be in the game now. my question is though the rims that were given to are supposed to fit but im curious as to what size tires i need. the rims are 19" zinik z21 with +45 mm offset. my understanding is that that will fit. i can also exchange them for a +35 mm offset. i was told though by numberous people to stick with the +45. is there any advantages? and im getting tein s tech springs. so keep that in mind when suggesting tire sizes. thanks for the help guys. sorry im a newb.

You have to list the full specs of the wheels. Width, etc.

9k-your options are 245/40 255/40 or 265/35 and 255 is too tall for the front. The other 2 will work but 265 will require a roll and some plastic removal not to mention that is huge on an 8 inch rim. Most likely you will have to run wider tires in the back. Btw I was saying earlier that a 245 on a 9 is damn near equivalent to a 225 on a 8 (stock). Falkens do run a little thin I believe. Maybe just run something wider like a nitro invo?

I will check with my buddy who owns the tire shop but I think he can get Nitto's.

I guess you could do 255/35 but that's pretty damn short and if you lower it enough to get rid the wheel gap (it's inevitable lol) then you will be on the ground.

Other guy- I just told you what will fit and look best with minimal worries

lol alright thx guys. nice to know there are really helpful people out there. not everyone is a hater. so i think im gonna go with 245/40 in the front. and the rear should be 255/40?? or should i go with 35? i plan on lowering her with tein s techs and would really prefer not to have to roll anything cause i dont know where or how to do that.

Nikesoccer22-If you get the tires I told you, then it will fit perfectly fine and you will have nothing to worry about.

mtellam-You tell us what size tire you would like to run and we will tell you the offset you should choose......or vice versa.

Is there any chance a set of 19" wheels with 245/35/ZR19 tires on them would fit a stock 8?

Don't know the off set... sorry :-/

Treitz- it's very likely they will fit but find out the offset width and bolt pattern.

Silvrstreak- there is a guy running the 8.5 +30 called shinjin-kun. Look up the pictures. 245/40 is the tire size I would suggest. That should fit on all 4 perfectly fine
