I'm trying to avoid fender rolling tbh
Why? It's not hard or expensive and it gives considerably more room. If you don't want to rub and you dont want to roll your fenders, then get a thinner tire like 245/40. I know from personal experience that it will not rub.

18x8 (5x114.3+40mm, 73.1 Hub) what about these ? Axis Excite wheels :s will they sit flush
What is the best tire size/width I can put on those ? |
Very weak offset not flush. You can run 335/30s. JK about the tire

does anyone know exactly how much clearance is needed for oem brake caliphers?
Really depends on the wheel design..What wheel are you looking at?
i guess the term is pad thickness, trying to figure out minimum pad length needed

^good question - i posed a question like this a while back n' never got a response - i was going to check it out one day but then got really lazy n' decided to go inside and drink instead :(
 drinking solves all my problems
Which offset would make my wheels sit flush ?
Jesus have mercy
depending on your definition of "flush", the tires you run and the camber settings anywhere from +25 to -500
Lol ... I'm sorry but I'm being quite lazy today .... ugh cant decide whether to get the OZ Racing Aggellerita HLT in Red or XXR's .... lol
