well luckily they have a plus 40 as well, and if you have reference pics I would LOVE to see them! :P

That's lowered about 1" all around so I my car has more negative camber to it than your's. That means your car will have the wheels sticking out just a little more than those pictures. http://www.flickr.com/photos/j863562...7623744260352/ That's more how it sits now. Lowered about another inch and with 10mm spacers in the rear and 5 in the front. I'm a cheapskate and haven't bought another set of 10mm spacers for the front. Those are 245/40 tires the entire time as well. |

It will stick past the fender FOR SURE. +40 will likely be even with the fender at stock height. I have pics Rev if you don't believe me.

I'm not calling you out or anything lol. Just letting my information be shared.
sweet so I guess the question is are those 19inch and what width, they have a 19X9.5 +40 and +30 so going by J I should go with the +40 so now I need to figure out what tire, 265 or 275 40ZR19 If I have to sacrifice the stretch w/e I would prefer it look impressive rather then stretched and out of place :P
also, do you forsee and problems with wide tires like that, will I need to worry about rubbing or anything weird?
Mine are 18x9.5 RP03. 265/30 would work but feel free to try 275/30. Just be aware that it might stick out past the fender. If you needed to worry about rubbing or something, I would have told you in the beginning.
ok well now I feel stupid, I can fit 265/30's I'm now thinking the 30 is the tire wall correct, for some reason I had it in my head that number needed to match the offset, I feel like a dumb*** sometimes *sigh*
So 19x9.5 +40 wrapped with 265/30ZR19 it is then |
Yes that should work out fine.
Sweet! Thanks for your help guys! I'll post pics when shes done :P But for now shes with Mazda for a new engine and tranny plus getting my exotic speed cat and borla exhaust, LW flywheel and aem CAI installed... gonna be a spring thing :<
oh yeah sorry guys its 19x8.5 front offset is +35 and the real is 19x10 rear offset is +42. and i was planning to go falken tires all around(245-35-19) suggestion if i should go different tires?
suspension?
none yet
245/35 front and 265/30 rear possible rolled fenders but I don't think you will need to.
so i cant do 245/35 on rear?
You can run 195s in the rear if you wanted, but it is completely unneccessary. Are you just trying to save a few $ or what?
no i was trying make it look like low pros but i will go with your suggestion. thanks bro so 245/35/19 front and 265/30/19 rear?
The 265s are a slightly lower profile than the 245s and they are wider.
oooh ok cool thanks bro =) and what brand of springs are good? i was thinking eibach or tanabe?
Springs are springs. Just get the ones that give the look you are going for. There are tons of pictures on here. I think they was a thread to show the different drops. I highly suggest getting struts at the same time as they make a pretty big difference in ride and you have to do all the work to install them just to change out springs. Sort of a no brainer IMO.
struts? or do you mean coilovers?
I'm talking struts like Koni or Tokico. Coilovers are the way to go if you are willing to spend the money for a decent set. Most people who buy the <$1K stuff end up trading up to the better stuff pretty quick so I suggest getting better stuff to being with. Stance is pretty good or so I hear.
can you give me a sit or something i wanna see how much they go for?
Check the vendor subforum at the top of the main page. Try the parts guys there. Most of them have a website.
*sigh* ok ok so I know I'm just repeating my question but you guys are sure that 19x9.5 +40 rims won't cause any problems even on the front... I'm about to buy these and they cost alot so I just want to verify
