I have found the rims that I have been looking for.
I've got Money on them just don't have them yet.
I want a recommendation on wheel size, fender roll doesn't scare me.
I am asking because I know you guys know your shit.
Super Advans V2
18x8.5 +32 for the front and 18x9.5 +32
...and yes I have coilovers. I'd like to sit low.
I really dig that black one with the blue rims from NZ and Tiltmode's stance.
I'm not looking at that low but close.
I had it low for 2 months last year and my stock sways/links didn't feel so good so I didn't go as low as I wanted. Pulled the set up for the winter, jic's getting the rebuild.
Got aftermarket sways to put on in the spring. Maybe spacers if needed.
I want my car on the aggressive wheel thread.

You guys are awesome to put up with a lot of retarded questions. kudos!

hmmm youll need like some 15mm spacers or lower offsets to get that to work imo

Chad D. 02-26-2011 09:05 PM

mmmmm, I've got 10mm spacers?

J8635621 02-26-2011 09:24 PM

Rev likes the really aggressive look. Just saying.

Chad D. 02-26-2011 09:38 PM

5mm isn't far off. What size rubber would you recommend? I'm gonna start looking for some shoes.

J8635621 02-26-2011 09:42 PM

It really depends on how aggressive you are trying to go.

The Reverend 02-26-2011 09:46 PM

245s and 265s and you shouldnt have to hack up your fenders too much

J8635621 02-26-2011 09:51 PM

and the spacers?

The Reverend 02-26-2011 09:55 PM

i'd do without at first and see how it looks those are good specs for a modest drop imo :)

J8635621 02-26-2011 10:04 PM

agreed

Chad D. 02-26-2011 10:17 PM

I like this look.

The look of love...

Ross_Dawg 02-27-2011 11:51 AM

Chad D. 02-27-2011 11:58 AM

wellwell then, with 10mm spacers I'm golden.
Thanks a bunch guys!

9.5 +22 all around, not just the rear.

Chad D. 02-27-2011 05:03 PM

That's fine with me tho. Less dinking around with the front wells.

Hi will the offset of these size rims fit without any problems?

F: 18X8 +38
R: 18X8 +38

J8635621 02-28-2011 02:15 PM

You asked that already............

third time's the charm :cwm27:

Rotary-RX8 03-02-2011 07:21 PM

I know ive asked this before but trying to get some other inputs.

19x9.5 +22 front with 245

19x10.5 +22 rear ... I wanted to run 275 for the rear but it looks like it will be alot of work to get it to fit. Im not looking to run alot of camber. It was recommended i run 255 but i want some fatter tires. Will 265 be "alright" ? Alright as in not too much work to get them to fit and having a perfect fit between tire and rim. I dont want strecthed tires im looking for square look if that makes sense.

Sorry for the redundant question but you guys know your shit and i need your knowledge.

Thanks

Ross_Dawg 03-02-2011 07:40 PM

NO. YOU CAN'T FIT 10.5 +22 without a lot of fender work and camber, especially if you want a 265. Tilt just fitted 10.5 +13 with a 265 but he's pulled and shaved his fenders and is running a lot of camber. FORGET about 10.5 +22 without doing a lot of work, seriously :D:

Rotary-RX8 03-02-2011 07:45 PM

^ You ruin dreams :wallbash::suspect: LOL

Ross_Dawg 03-02-2011 07:53 PM

But save headaches :p:

Rotary-RX8 03-02-2011 07:54 PM

I appreciate your honesty though lol. I might have to go 19x9.5 all around with 245s . But me wanted staggered :(.

J8635621 03-02-2011 07:55 PM

Why do you want staggered lol?
