Aggressive without rolling is impossible. That sounds like it should work out for you. I'd go with 275/35 and roll the fenders personally.

paimon.soror 04-03-2011 10:54 AM

Roger that. I am just not comfortable with rolling so I will stick to the 255s ... I assume even 265 with that offset willrl rub the inner front?

J8635621 04-03-2011 11:03 AM

265 is shorter so there wouldn't be a problem with that. Rolling is not something you should be scared of. If it's done correctly you can't tell without your head inside the fender.

paimon.soror 04-03-2011 11:21 AM

Interesting. I guess if I'm spending the money I might as well do it right. I will look more into the rolling. Thanks for the tips

Will 19×9.5 +22 all four corners with stretched 235/30/19 be flush with rs*r springs?

Rotary-RX8 04-03-2011 12:58 PM

^ i believe you can even go 245. Im considering a similar set up. And i think its possible with a fender roll and bit of camber from what ive been told.

Nofty 04-03-2011 01:27 PM

I'm trying to get no fender roll. Which is why I'm going for the stretched tire. Plus I personally like the look.

J8635621 04-03-2011 02:33 PM

Roll your damn fenders and quit being a cheap ass

if we are rolling the front, the inner wall has to go right?

Nofty 04-03-2011 03:07 PM

Lol touche j. if I do it I might as well do it right.

You mean the fender liner? Nah not necessarily. You won't be aggressive enough for that with 265s and 9.5 +35

What about the 275 you suggested

Stretched tires and poke would look bad without rolled fenders I bet.

Still shouldn't need to but that's getting borderline aggressive. Probably will need to trim the bumper tab in the back.

J8635621 04-03-2011 03:39 PM

Also nofty you should have 245/35 not 30. That would be rubber bands on your wheels and be a recipe for disaster IMO.

Nofty 04-03-2011 04:15 PM

Thanks for the help j. I'm pretty new to learning the fitment scene but I love the aggressive look of being "hellaflush" lol.

Ty sir, appreciate the help

J8635621 04-03-2011 05:03 PM

If everything works out I'll post pics of my car with 9.5 +23 245s next weekend. I just have all fenders rolled and the tab trimmed a little.

Rotary-RX8 04-03-2011 05:05 PM

^ looking to run the same set up. But 19x9 +22 which is pretty close. Ill be running 245s also :) Cant wait !! Should look really good. Hopefully a fender roll is sufficient to fit them :(.

J8635621 04-03-2011 05:09 PM

Look up pictures of sifus car with the 5 spoke ssr wheels. 19x9 +20 with 245s. Took a little more than a roll

Looks like he pulled his fenders which im absolutely 100 percent against doing. All i want to do to is a roll if anything and a bit of camber. The next offset i can go with is +29 but i dont think it would be "aggressive " enough. Here is a set up/stance i want to end up with. Would 19x9 +29 with 245s all around give me that look ?? Going to be lower on stance coilovers.

J8635621 04-03-2011 05:20 PM

Your best bet is the +29 and then putting small spacers. Those will be easier to sell on here when the time comes also. Ross_dawg is +25 and looks good to me. He will probably chime in later tonight anyways.

Rotary-RX8 04-03-2011 06:33 PM

The problem is im getting concave rims and obviously +22 will be more concave than the +29. I think its doable with a pulled fender and slight camber in the back. If you think about it i believe ross is running 19x9 at +25 with only pulled fenders (i think). I dont think +3mm would make a difference. Im just worried +29 wont look flush enough.

edit: so just searched a bit and looks liek all ross has is a roll and hes running +25

Yep, added 15mm Ichiba V2 spacers to get 19x9 +25. I think Ideally 20mm spacers would have been perfect but that would have required the fronts to be rolled too.

Thanks homie

Yeah for sure... we need some photo backdrops though...

Hes got the stance im going for. It seems like it shouldnt be to hard to fit with a roll.

J8635621 04-03-2011 07:08 PM

He doesn't have a pull and concaveness is usually only width dependent and does not change with offset.

Rotary-RX8 04-03-2011 07:15 PM

hmm interesting. Thanks. And i meant to say rolled not pulled sorry, i always get the 2 confused. So it looks like ill do 19x9 +22 with 245s. If ross can do it, so can i :)
