Here's the deal....you can get less camber than that pretty sure and 9.5 +30 with 275/35 can work if you get a fender pull in the back. I'm betting most of the other work has been done if you are running 9.5 +20 right now. Look at 2tone's rx8 that he recently sold. It was running 9.5 +30 with 275/35 all around and he hadn't gotten the rears pulled yet. +20 with 275s is a bit much imo and 265s all around with +30 is easily doable as well.

Guys how bout this
All around 18x9.5 offset +20
Lowered with sprint springs 2 inches
Front tires 235/40/18?
Rear tires 245/40/18?
Let me know guys if these will fit...

You'll need to roll your fenders, shave the rear fender/bumper tab and depending on your camber, maybe a slight pull in the rear.
Unless you're aiming for some reasons of your own to run a 235 on the front, you're better off running 245 all around. 245 already is a slight stretch on a 9.5 rim, 235 even worst.

Wheel weight matters to ride quality as well.
That being said, for looks the RP03 comes in 19x9.5 +42 which will look much better.
I'm just gonna say Axis is not the best but if you really want it, someone else will help you.
Don't pick a wheel thinner than stock. That's just stupid. There isn't a good size of the ev5.

The RP03 is definitely my top favorite. I just wish they weren't so pricey. Good call on the thinner than stock EV5.
So I guess the final question is:

Sorry, my fault. I have stock suspension right now but I know I'll be putting springs on it soon after getting the wheels. I'm leaning towards Tanabe springs, just not sure what would be the better choice between GF or NF. They have the same drop but different rates.

Just thought I'd share with you guys that I decided to go with my gut.....and try 275/30/20 tires for the rear. It worked great as I now have no rubbing whatsoever on bumps, so adding negative camber was not necessary. However, I will add that the front driver side wheel (20x8.5 with 245/35/20 tire) slightly rubs on the plastic tab behind the wheel but I'm not worried about that.....the plastic should wear out overtime, and if not I will shave it a bit.

Ok so say with stock suspension here is the rage that fits outside of that ask. It seems you spend a great deal of time answering questions and I bet that would only help you out. but you do how ever you want.

I would also advise after you do this that you slit the plastic liner where the sheet metal is, cave it in using a heat gun to get it flush after grinding the metal down and place duct tape over it to cover it up when all done.
