Look at all the other people's questions and see what yours is missing.

The type of coilovers doesn't matter. The ride height is what matters. Are you gonna have tires?

Yeah but I will choose those depending on your answer of what options I have. I would like a slight stretch but im thinking 235 35 19 in front and 255 40 19 in the rear

IMO you are wasting your time getting a 9" wide wheel and have a +50 offset. run at least a 30 or 35, it will space them out without having to worry about spacers and it will look better. plus having the wheels spaced out more makes for a better handling and more stable car.
as far as tires go you should be able to fit a 245/40 no problem

what you look are going for will also change what size and offset you want your wheels to be

1. You don't want wider tires in the rear than the front if the wheels are the same. You lose the ability to rotate tires and it's unnecessary since we have no power + 50/50 weight distribution.

2. 19x9 +35 with 245/35 would be pretty nice for stock height. Spacers are not ideal. 19x9 +50 would have your wheel about 15mm too far in by most people's standards. It won't look bad though. PS: Don't get cheap, crap wheels.

Rim even with front in rear fenders and with a slight rounding of the tire.

I would say hes better off with a 245/40. yes the 245/35 is the correct plus sizing, but i run 245/40 on my car and it looks a lot better than the 35's. fills the wheels wells more, and gives a little extra cushion for the rim if your car decides to find a nice pothole

What I said will put it pretty close. I don't know what your alignment specs are, but it should be close enough. When/if you actually lower the car, you can put a 10mm spacer all around and it would sit really nice after a fender roll.

Will a 18X10.5 +45 285/30 for the rear?
245/40/18 is not 245/40/19

If you are gonna spend a lot of money, it's better to lower the car first.

Ok so i have seen many of specs close to what im about to ask but not really the same so here it goes..
18x10+25
Lower on powertrix coilovers fender alredy rolled shaved and pulled with 245/40 rear 225/40 front just for the little extra turning clearance.
Looking to run a little less or the same camber of my current setup (18x9.5+25 with-3.1 camber in the rear)

Or 18x10+25 with 225/40 front and 18x11+ ?? Rear, dont really know what offset would fit or match the front better! Suggestions?
Sorry for the long post
