Hey guys I was wondering about rota spectrums

19x10 5x120 +37mm, 72.6 Hub Bore (Set of 4 Wheels)

Thats on a stock set up 6 speed. Any reviews of these wheels they look awesome but couldn't find much info about weights or anybody who had them on a 8. Any info or reviews of them would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone have any last thoughts on this??

I never ended up getting tires i mentioned before but I'm going to place an order before the weekend is through. I've decided on Nitto NT05's but im still debating between 275/35/18 and 265/35/18.

Current Tires (245/40/18):
Overall diameter - 25.8"
Overall width - 9.5"

Option 1
275/35/18:
Overall diameter - 25.63"
Overall width - 10.79"

Option 2
265/35/18:
Overall diameter - 25.31"
Overall width - 10.59"

I fear the 275's will rub even after a roll and these will be used on the track so it worries me. But the 265 seem kind of small in the diameter department. I hate the low-pro look.

One update to my original note is that i'm on JIC coilovers now. So i have much more freedom to adjust the ride height but i want these to be nicely nestled under the fenders with no rubbing and as much rubber on the ground (and sidewall) as possible.

Thoughts?

I'm all for fender rolling but i just want to make sure i'll have enough room even after rolling the fenders. If you have an opinion on how much rolling would be necessary i would appreciate that feedback as well.

Let me know what you think. Thanks!

Tire specs:

My front clearance:

I promise there is actually tread still left on these tires. This is just a flopped camber worn tire

My rear clearance:

Pics of 275/35/18 with similar specs on an 18x9 for reference:

What did you have them on? Anything as aggressive as your advans? If you were closer you would have a buyer for all your old tires

Ha, I kind of need a set of those as well. Or maybe 18x10 +38's. Hopefully I'm on the track with street tires only a short while.

I'd say yes. I hope the tires aren't too tall

The back isn't what I'm worried about. The fronts will rub the fender liner through when you turn (possibly).

It has nothing to do with the wheels and tires.. Just a good idea to get some new shocks to handle the springs. Just sayin.

springs have been on for well over 50000 miles lol. My car is sitting at 78k right now. It was one of the first mods i did when i bought it in 06. Most of the stuff Ive done is to keep my car running right. Once i pay it off this year i will start modding it a bit more

Cool

Just got some 18x9.5 +15 with some 265/35/18 tires other than rolling the fenders and maybe a slight pull in the rear will these work with stock shinka biltstein struts and eibach prokit springs? Or will I need coilovers so the rims/tire don't rub on the struts?

So i'm guessing that means I'm going to have some problems with fitment? I've seen a couple of members running this setup.

So would 255/35/18 or maybe even some 245/35/18 be a better tire choice; and coilovers are coming soon after I get the wheels fitted to the body.
