Will It Fit Thread
#8784
Hi, I know this question is a little oFf the topic but I thought I would say it...
At college I met this guy who drives a rx8 so he had a nice set of rims ninja or something anyways I ask him what kind of staggered set up he had and he told me it was
18x8 +45 front/rear
With 225/45/18 F
Rear it was 255/40/18... So is it a little weird set up and it is ok to have it like that. Let me know what you guys think thanks

You shouldn't be using spacers without extended studs anyway. Thats the easiest way for a wheel to pop off while you're driving. And let me tell you, putting extended studs on is a bitch and a half, I had to do it.

Stacking spacers just seems like too many extra surfaces to vibrate things loose. If you are stacking to get a 2 or 3 mm difference, then I am sure there is a single one close enough to get you where you need to be. Before stacking to get to 8 I would find a 10 first. There are so many sizes available that you should be able to find the right one. I found 8mm on Amazon in 30 seconds for $24.
