stick with 18x9.5 +35

go with the 245/40

you can go wider if you'd like. If you're gonna drop 1" you'll still be fine.

you'll be fine.

If you'd like to up the size in tires tho, i would suggest it as it's a standard precaution.

That would be the same stretch as on my wheels. I'm assuming he's going to be slammed on such an aggressive setup and coilovers. I mean... he could go wider tires but it will require A LOT of work and extra camber.
EDIT: *especially being on 19's also*

If people didn't want to have to deal with stretch they wouldn't do such aggressive offsets.

Well since i asked the same question except with a wider rim ill go ahead and say that yes it will fit.....OEM tires 225/45/18 but 245/40/18 seem to be the best match for 18x8 and wont throw off ur speedo

JCrane, if it helps, I understand exactly what you are saying. All defined within the word "subjective"

J just also likes poking and prodding people when he sees a reaction.

J8635621 & JCrane82 - Considered this a Verbal Warning. Do Not continue this line of discussion. You two can't behave.

OK, fairly close to VooDoo22 specs 18x10 +43. I know it'll fit, my question more so is, without coilovers, will I have any rubbing issues? I'm lowered on Megan Racing springs w/stock shocks now. Coilovers are in my budget, but a friend of mine is selling these wheels pretty cheap now...

i have 18x10 +28 with lowering springs not coilovers. I rub but only on dramatic suspension travels.

18x9+35 Konig Deceptions
on oem 225's but will change out to something larger.

Oem bilsteins with sprint springs. ~2inch drop.

My research shows 18x9+35 is what a few people are running to get a huge tire to fit at oem height with very slight if at all fender mods.

what about at a 2inch drop with sprints?

If i wont rub with 225's, how wide of a tire can i fit before it rubs all over the place?

95% daily driving, 5% mountain road driving.
