Looking to put
Option A. 245/45/17
Option B. 235/45/17

on 17x9 +35 wheels as my winter setup.

Will they fit fine with no rubbing? I'm lowered about an inch on KW V3s. I don't have camber plates and I'm not a big fan of fender rolling.

Much appreciated.

typically for a winter setup you would want a smaller width wheel and tire combo.

18 x 8.5 offset 33
245/40/18

My car is lowered by 1.5 inches. Will I have any issues?

yes with a fender roll and a small enough tire. 245 or 255 would work.

2 piece wheels are exactly that: 2 pieces. It consists of the face and the barrel. 3 piece wheels are the face, lip, and barrel. It makes it easier to customize or refinish, for example extended the lip.

Ok my question is (since im a nood when it comes to offets) I know the rims will fit as they are 18x7.5 I am going to run factory tires 225/45R18. My question being what is the proper offset.

The wheels i have been looking at are the Enkei FD-05 they come in two offsets +45 and +53.. Which would be the better fit?

You'll be fine. 245 or 225
