Is this a 350z forum and I didn't know it?

So guys, I need some advice on fitment. I found some wheels I like at a good price and want to know if I can fit them (hopefully without any roll/pull/trim and especially no camber).
I will soon be lowered 20mm on the MS springs/shocks. So here's what I am thinking: Front: 19x8.5+36 with 245/35R19 Rear: 19x9.5+43 with 255/35R19 Wheels are what they are, tires can change if needed. So, will they fit? I don't really want a staggered setup, but these might be too nice to pass up if they fit. I know some of you guys have some crazy fitments, so maybe you can weigh in on something less aggressive like this. Any advice you have would be appreciated. |
Those should fit no problem....
|
Awesome, thanks.
So, with the 20 mm drop, you think I could get away with 265/35 rear tires? What about 275/30? I think I'm getting into fender roll territory with the 275s. |
Then get a fender roll. Duh
|
I run 285 - 645-18 slicks on 18x9.5 45 offset wheels...and they fit wirh stock wheel arches....but I am running -3.75 deg camber front and 2.5 rear. Car is lowered as far as functional.
I would think you are going to be ok....a roll is an easy way to get some more room and doesn't trash the car |
hey guys. I lowered my car and threw some xxr 530s on it. 18x9.5 +20. its rubbing on the back bumper tabs and a little at the pinch weld behind the front fender. for the bumper tabs would you just trim them up or cut them and relocate the bolt.
|
what size are the tires?
and you can just shave the bumper taps. |
hello, im new to this forum and I was wondering if these wheels would fit
18x8 with 40 or 50 offset im lowered idk how many inches but about 1 in. of the top of my tire isn't visible |
Either will be fine....but the 50's would be sunk in even more than stock :)....
|
18x8 +50 is stock size
|
LOL...been so long...I thought stock were 8.5" :)
|
Ok thanks! so would the 40 stick out more than stock or sink in?
|
They outer lip of the rim would be out 10mm more
|
Thanks! Thats what I wanted to hear.
|
I need to give this a go.
Will 18x9 wheels with +15 offset fit? Gonna run a 225/45/18 Suspension: Koni Yellows Tein S-tech springs |
switch to a 40 sidewall and you wont have any issues. Otherwise you will probably rub a bit on turns depending on camber spec.
If anything, just a fender roll will be needed. |

Hey hey hey, lol this is the will it fit section. I wasnt sure if having a +15 offset would need camber arms and shit or put more stress on wheel bearings. I might just buy them in +38 because i dont care much about being hella flush yo'
|
Well that would be better.
|
If you don't care about the HellaTard thing, then get the +38 and put wider tires than the 225's on it. Put some 245/40 or 265/35 on those 18x9 +38.

No Vossen wheel is actually that aggressive. The only issue is the don't come in sizes smaller than 19's for the nice concave ones.

So will the 19x10 fit?:/ Or should I ask for offset and go from there?
EDIT: Also note that you could run a much higher offset like +40/45 if you want to have a meatier tire. |
