Duh hello,

I have 18x9 +35 rpf1's and was looking for tire size suggestions. I heard 235/40r18 would be ideal. Im lowered on Tanabe coilovers. Hopefully this is enough information. Many thanks!

Perhaps 265/35r18's would be better?

so i failed lol i put 245 in the rear and i rub when i hit some bumps not all. specs on wheels are 18x.9.5 +15. i picked up a set of wheels that the offset is +12 now and 10 inches wide what size tire would be ideal to clear the fender? i have no tabs at all what holds that part of the bumper is zip ties. would like a 235 be good for the new setup? any help willl be appreciated thank you.

So basically you went to a worse fit and want us to tell you that you can make it work with different tires?

You are about an inch from fitting easily....so go from there

Should be good from 245-40-18 to 275-35-18. 285-35-18`s might rub a bit if you are lowered

For a daily driver the 245`s would be lots...and have no issues

Miro wheel fitment?

Considering buying Miro 111's. Since I can find them anywhere in the rx8 bolt pattern I will have to run adapters/spacers the smallest being 25mm. Is there any chance an 18x9.5 or 18x8.5 +45mm offset wheel will fit without serious issues or am I wasting time dreaming? I don't know anything about tire sizes but I'd rather steer clear of the whole tire stretching game. I have a set of Megan racing coils that I plan on giving a go but I'm more worried about these wheels working with the stock suspension setup. Any opinions on tires/will it fit will be appreciated and put to good use.

I have been looking for some time now and I cant find Miro 111's for sale anywhere on the interwebs in a 5x114.3 bolt pattern. I saw some on a Rx8 in Chicago a few months and the owner said he had contacted Miro and had them custom made in the rx8 lug pattern. The Miro 112 which looks very similar to the 111 comes in the right bolt pattern but I like the 111's just a tiny bit more.

I feel like its a lot easier and probably quite a bit cheaper to just buy the wheels in the same pattern as my v-dub Jetta and just get lug pattern adapters for the Rx8. So I ask again, will 18x8.5, +45mm offset, on top of a 25mm lug pattern convertor/wheel spacer fit on an Rx8 at stock ride height. Also, I have coil-overs laying in my garage so any info on how low I can/should go with the fore-mentioned wheel setup will be appreciated.

I repeat again. They are made with the correct bolt pattern.

They can be ordered. Make some effort.

Will someone please be kind enough to answer my question?

Please post a a link to a vendor that sells them if they are so readily available. I been looking for quite some time for Miro 111's in the 5x114.3 lug pattern. The closest I have come to finding a set was "Up for sale are my rare, MINT condition MIRO 111 Wheels. Great looking concave. These were RE-DRILLED to 5x114.3, since they are only available in 5x120 from the factory." Like I said Miro 112's and 388's come from the factory in 5x114.3, Miro 111's do not. For me, buying Rx8 lug adapters and wheels that will also fit my Jetta is much more attractive option than searching all over creation for someone with a re-drilled set or contacting Miro and having wheels custom machined.

Regardless if the availability of Miro wheels in the stock lug pattern, I simply want to know if the above specs would fit on my car.
