So finally got the supermesh installed. Front is perfect at 235 35 19
But rear @ 275 35 19 is rubbing when I turn. Its catching on a plastic cover thing. I have to replace the tires cause they are really bad. Now I want to stay at 35. If I do 265/35/19 will this fix the problem? http://i90.photobucket.com/albums/k2...IMAGE_0611.jpg |
^Yeah lets see some more pics of the wheels.

ok since i have more than half the amount of money i need for my rims i wanna find out if the ones i want will even fit lol. i dont know anything about rim sizings and what all these numbers mean besides 18 x 8.5
so will these fit? http://www.wheeldude.com/catalog/pro...oducts_id=5779 be easy. ps. no rota hate please. thanks oh yeah i forgot to mention ive got the stock 16s and suspension that comes with sport rx8s. Eventually i plan on moving on to eibach lowering springs when i trade in my rx8 for a manual 8 next year. |
No you need 5x114.3 instead of 5x100. http://www.wheeldude.com/catalog/pro...7df0a319d0e3b1 These will work if you get the hub resized though. http://www.wheeldude.com/catalog/pro...73e2ce505b3357 These will fit but they are bronze.

Will 245/50/18 fit on stock wheels??? (Winter Tires)
Car is lowered on Tein Basic Coilovers (Tein S-Tech specs atm). Anyone know??? Also, would 18x8 +35 work with 245/45/18 (Winter Tires) with out rubbing of course??? |
^If you are lowered that tire might be a little tall, but i'm not exactly sure. But yes 18X8 +35 will fit without rubbing if you are on 245/45's

What's your camber. Get the rears rolled/pulled, you should be fine. Your fitment looks good.

I posted on my other thread but im sorry for the 2x post. what you guys think, will I still need to roll with 265/35/19? I scured to stay at 275 because of what happened.
|
It shouldn't but I would suggest to just get it rolled, it would be a lot cheaper.

I didn't think people needed a roll with 275 on a +45? All the people with the 9.5 +45 RPF1 and 275s had to roll?
|
^No the people with the RPF1's dont have to roll. But those are 18's. Riken's wheels are 19's.
|
Shouldn't the outer diameter of the tire/wheel be the same hence no difference? edit: I see that he has 275/35 instead of going to 275/30. Ok.

whoops - forgot to respond - yeah, 265/35 should work w/out a roll on +45
|
Ok now I just have to see where I can get some 265 30 or 35 locally
|
I still think you should just roll lol
