+35 IMO
i would say +29 but since you're not lowering your car - i think it'll look kinda funky to have an aggressive setup and a huge wheel gap...:dunno: |
29 would be closer to being flush
|
am i going to need to take the plastic inside the wheel wells out?
or is that even possible? |
I would not take out the wheel well liners.
|
Yes you can take the fender liners out...but they are there for a reason..
|
The liner keeps crap from getting into the engine bay and protects the tires. I looked into it due a small rubbing issue on the liner but then backed off because of what is behind the liner :)
|
I've taken the plastic crap from the passenger side fenders out/
|
well, take into consideration that this car is rarely driven/never driven in the rain.
|
Rocks, road debris, flying squirrels and shit like that is what is help protect from more so than water. I mean water gets just about everywhere.
|
fair enough.
they stay. |

20x9 +22?! I'm gonna go out on a limb and say those won't fit.
|
I had to ask.. as I would have sex with these wheels if it were at all possible or enjoyable..
lol what if I just don't EVER turn my steering wheel?! :D no? |
get the 19" Axis Matrix. thats what i have currently. you might want to add a spacer to the front though.
19x8 +35 19x9.5 +40 |
Yea.. Your car is sexxy Delicious with those wheels on it.. which is why I even looked at the Axis Matrix wheels in the first place.. They're selling the 20" set of the rose gold one's on ebay for $999.. it's rediculous..
I figured they wouldn't fit but I'm always hopeful of the enthusiast thats like hell yea dude all ya gotta do is.. 1.. and then 2.... and bam.. but ur all just dream crushers.. lol. now it;s between your exact set of wheels and R1-Drift in a 20" (and the proper offsets.. ) The R-1's 5" lip makes me wanna lick things.. RaWr! |
Alright trying to narrow my selections down and reading through 75 pages is just too much for me here at work.
Will 18x9.5 +35 work all the way around? I am lowered on s-techs. If they will, what size of tire do the experts recommend. BTW, by experts I mean all of you as this is the place I come for the correct advice. :) |

ok thinking of going
19x 8.5 +32 F with 245 tire 19x 9.5 +34 R with 275 i'm going to have my fenders rolled and a bit of camber.. will it work? |
^Yeah you will be fine.
|
would any of this work? 17x10 +38mm or 17x9.5 +38mm... I have coilovers so fully adjustable in height..
|
^Depending on the tire, it will fit.
|
Ok last question I promise.
With a set of Tein S-Techs installed, would 255/35/18 fit front/rear with 18x10 +48 front/rear. My fiancee says she might get me a set of lowering springs, so I just want to make sure if she does that the wheel/tire combo will fit. Thanks! |
It'll fit.
