Will the OEM EVO VIII/IX 17" wheels fit rx8?

The offset is somewhere in the 30-35 range.

I'm sure you could make them fit with some fender mods. What size width are they?

Yes. It is 17x8. I would prefer not to modify anything. I forgot to mention the rx8 I have is the 6spd version.

the rim will fit over the brakes, its the offset you'd need to check, I dont' know the stock evo's offset, but alot of there aftermarket rims run 30 mm and lower which isn't rx8 territory

YES IT WILL WORK.

They are hubcentric as well for the RX8. 67.1

usually 6 speed is assumed to be the manual option as opposed to the 6 speed auto.

Not without fabrication, brakes are totally different.

don't jimmy rig your brakes.
