Will S-Tech Springs introduce me to the bump stops?
I have searched, and I get plenty of threads about the S-tech springs, how people love them, and how great the car looks with them. But I have not been able to find the answer to my question.
On S-Tech springs, with Koni shocks, will I hit the bump stops under hard cornering, such as autocross or track events?
I am doing a suspension swap during the off season, but want to make sure that the S-tech springs will not lower the car too much, and bring the bump stops into play, or cause the car to bottom out under heavy loading.
I already have the RacingBeat sway bars on the front and rear, just to let you know what has already been done. I will be putting the rear tower brace on too, so that will add a little to the rigidity of the car.
And no, I do not want to go with a full coilover setup, for 2 reasons, cost, and I will never leave it alone, I will always fiddle with it, thinking I can get another .2 seconds off that run if I do _____!
Any input would be great, thanks.

On Tein S-Tech, you will cut the bumpstop by about 1". Can't vouch for autocross, but in spirited driving on the street, I have been unable to touch the bumpstops.

So we will need to cut the bumpstop 1 inch to avoid touching them? I just ordered by s-techs, can't wait.

From what I was told, yes, the bump stops get cut down an inch when doing lowering springs. I decided to go all the way to the Flex coilovers, so those come with new bumpstops IIRC.
