X HKS HIPERMAX II INSTALLED X etc...
I just got my new suspension isntalled this past weekend. I chose to go with the HIPERMAX II coilovers from HKS. The reason why I chose this kit was because I wanted something more than just your average lowering spring replacement. The HIPERMAX II kit was engineered as a track ready suspension that is still streetable. Dampening and rebounding can be adjusted in 30 different increments. 30 being the softest setting and 1 being the stiffest, we chose to set it at 24 for street driveability.
Instead of measuring from the center of the wheel to the fender, we measured from the top of the fender to the ground. Here are the measurements before the installation:
Front Left Front Right
693mm 695mm
Back Left Back Right
681mm 689mm
Here are the measurments after the installation:
Front Left Front Right
657mm 655mm
Back Left Back Right
658mm 661mm
By the looks of the numbers the drop isn't hugely dramatic, but the cool thing about this kit is that I can take it down a whole 4 inches "if" I wanted to. My overall impressions of the kit are very high. Handling has drastically improved. I haven't really gotten a chance to go at it yet but so far I am really impressed on how crisp my handling is. I reccomend this kit to anyone wanting to change out their stock suspension. Enjoy the Pics....

Nice. Tell us how much you got it for. Come on, you don't work for HKS who cares? It will only allow us to strive for lower prices and shop around. Help out your members. And thanks for the other pics.
