Yes, Another Offset Question

Yes, Another Offset Question
Here is my long question...I want to make sure I am figuring this correct.
I am going with 19 x 8.5 and 19 x 9.5 staggered. 2 offsets are available in each width +35 and +45.
I DO NOT want the tires to sick out past the finder lip and I would prefer not to roll the fenders.
1 " = 25.4 mm
Front 19 x 8.5 gains me a 1/4 inch (.5 of .5) over stock or .25 x 25.4 = 6.35mm.
A +45 offset gains me another 5mm over stock for a total of 11.35 or .447 inch.
A +35 offset gains me another 15mm over stock for a total of 21.35 mm or .84 inch.
Rear 19 x 9.5 gains me 3/4 inch (.5 of 1.5") over stock or .75 x 25.4 or 19.05mm. A +45 offset gains me another 5 mm over stock for a total of 24.05 mm or .95 inch.
A +35 offset gains me another 15 mm over stock for a total of 34.05 mm or 1.34 inches.
Looking at the stock rims in relation to the fenders, it looks like the rear can easily hold an inch of outward rim lip movement. So a +45 offset seems like a good choice. A +35 offset and 1.34 " seems like too much. Do you agree?
The front rim / fender relationship seems pretty good already...but could hold a little outward movement. Do you go for a +45 offset and a .45" inch gain or the +35 offset and a .84 inch gain? Your vote?
Thanks

There are quite a few of us with 18X9.5 45 offset Enkei wheels with 275/285 width tires...they fit with no rolled fenders or rubbing issues.
That is about 1" further out in the wheel well than stock.

I think I will go 45 in the rear...what about the front?. Do you guys think around a 1/2" outward gain is enough ( and the 45mm keeps things consistent with the rear)...or do you go with the 35 offset?
