S2 - VLeds tail lights Housing
First off, these are the bulbs for our tail light turning signals: http://www.v-leds.com/7443-7440-LED/...orLanding/true
Does anyone know if the star shaped design will fit in our OEM tail lights?

I don't see why it wouldn't seeing how the "star" bulb folds up to install. I considered it but I think that a normal bulb light fills the housing better verses a LED. The LED would be more concentrated towards the center if that makes any sense what so ever. =)

Update: I bought, and placed the lights within the housing. They do stretch out, it's snug. There's one of the arms that will be too tight and catch the housing. If you move it around within the housing while locking it in place - you can get it to get to either side, just not able to get all the arms to fully extend.
so...
I just decided to cut the ends of the star. Working on a hunch that the LED design are simular in design to the LEDs that can be cut.
I bought a dremel, and using the included cut-off disc was able to cut the white PCB. I found using the thinner Diamond cutter got it done a bit easier.
The star still works. I've painted the star with black nail polish, and it still works.
.I'll be posting pictures tomorrow.

I tossed out the star idea. Portions of the star decided not to work after a while. I went the solid "tower" design. Not to mention it's a heck of a lot easier to get out of the housing.
