You may want to check out ProSport's new EVO line that will be released next week.

Have you sat and idled for a long period of time? What kind of temps are you seeing then? My coolant temp is going up to 215 before the fan kicks in and cools it back down, which was worrying me since the fan is supposed to kick in on low at 206. I connected an OBDII tool to my car and the ProSport gauge is reading about 9-10 degrees higher than the OEM sensor is reading. I knew the ProSport gauges could be off a little, but I was under the impression they usually read lower than actual.

I have not just sat and idled for a very long time but if i leave the car running in the garage for a bit I get as high as about 180-190F, mind you thats when it is 30*F outside, fan never kicks on so i know its not getting too hot, I'm sure i can get you some better readings once spring comes rolling around.

Did you ground your water adapter?

Yes, and I double grounded the sender itself based on recomendations of a couple members here.

FYI not sure if this is how you did it, but i basically have my ground coming down the driver side and then tapped into one metal bracket by the steering column, and a ground tapped from that to the upper clutch bracket nut.

The ground coming from the gauges I have tapped into the ground for the cigarette lighter. Maybe I'll try double grounding that also. Just tap into it and run that to a bolt.

I have noticed that both my water and oil temp gauges drop 2-4 degrees when I turn the lights on. You seeing anything like that?

So its def not warm enough for me to really test out the temps of water, but to answer your other question, no I dont see any movement of my needles when i turn on my lights. Sounds like your grounds arent that strong.

Btw, how did you extend your touchpads? Did you just cut and extend or did you make an adapter of sorts.

Anyone knwo the depths on the prosport gauges? I was looking to do a custom/modified enclosure myself.

Any chance you can edit your first post with a final parts list and maybe we can get this stickied for S2 owners!

I believe that the prosport Halo and the prosport premium are about 1.25" deep (maybe a tad more for halo).

I edited my first post with the final parts list.

I will have to take a look when I get home, you can probably message Prosport here as well since they are active on the forums.

Most of my driving is done during the Spring and Summer. My average water temps. are between 170 and 180. So 160 sounds reasonable when the ambient temp. is 28.

I cut and added wiring. The 4 wires inside the touchpad cabling are tiny, same gauge as telephone wire, so I ended up using telephone wires, connector and couplers to extend them. Super easy and will make disconnecting them easy if I need to pull my ashtray out for any reason.

What did you end up doing with yours?

I just have them tucked under the pod now, but I def want to route them to where you have them (). Yea i saw the wires, they are super tiny. I will have to swing by the store to pick up some butt end connectors.

Looks good! I found that if the touch pads are too close together they can set each other off, so you may want to space them as far apart as possible.

Well finally after a day and a half of searching I got to see what I wanted, S2 with Prosport gauges
I took the long way instead of starting with google.
So after a year plus are the gauges still working great or have you had problems ie:sensors or their location . I'm thinking of going with the Evo gauges but haven't found any on a S2 as of yet
