At wit’s end….Bose amp no sound.

I have been searching and reading and testing and sweating…

2020 bought 2009 with Bose. Installed Pioneer Avic-W8600NEX with PAC RP4-MZ11. Everything worked as it should. Then every once in a while my sound would completely go out, only to randomly return a few drives / days later.
Finally figured I need to get to the bottom of this. Did some research, saw online people blaming the PAC unit saying a firmware update resolved issue. It wasn’t until I pulled my head unit till I discovered that I hadn’t installed the unit they were complaining about but had installed the RP4 and it was up to date on firmware.

I decided to drop some cash and change it out for the MaestroRR2 and their harness and adapter. Flashed and installed. Everything was 1,2,3.
No sound.
Everyone online was talking about the amp turn on blue and white wire. Chased that for a day.
called Maestro and they said my flash did not include an amp in the flash. They doctored my download, i reflashed this time specifying an amp needed to be turned on.
multimeter tells me that the blue white wire in the maestro harness gets 12v on key acc position.
I stuck a pin into the corresponding spot on the car side of the car harness plug and it gets 12v on key acc position. This wire is pink with black stripe.
that vibes with what people posted was the amp control wire color at bose amp in trunk.

no sound.

tested the non-rca wires from back of radio to set of cpu ac powered desk speakers and get sound. No sound from RCA.

Checked cabin fuses. Replaced with new just in case. Didnt see any under hood fuses that seemed to relate to stereo.

have all radio functions, pluse ODB2 functions in radio, gps, sirius
all work…just no sound.

any possible help?
thanking you in advance

My Bose amp has 3 plugs. I have found lots of pin outs for the 2 plug model but can’t seem to find anything on the 3 plug version.
