When you take the car in for the full service, ask them to have a look at the spark plugs. It will only take them a few extra minutes. They will tell you if they need to be replaced. Unless you feel like you can do it yourself.
My car was going in for a service so I just had them look for me... I changed them and I got 100 average KM more per tank after that. I have a 09 R3. You don't need to change your coils or wires yet. Just have a look at your plugs.
Don't bother revving your motor before turning it off, and you can get in and go in the morning, just drive it nicely until your redline opens up fully and use 90+ octane if you have access to it.
