I'm out here waiting for parts as well. I call up the local dealers every month or so, they just resorted to telling me "You'll receive a letter in the mail when the parts are available."

Replace the fuel pump retaining rings with modified ones, tighteningto the correct torque and add thermal insulation pads onto the fuel tank.
These details are for Australia only, not New Zealand. There is still nothing on Mazda NZ about this recall.

I finally received this 2 Page Recall Notice for the two new O rings and 2 NEW Heat Insulating Foam Strips from MAZDA AUSTRALIA.
I would think that MZ (New Zealand) will not be far away with Recall Notices also.
