Help me decide my offset

Help me decide my offset
So I’ve got some falcon 660’s waiting for me at the shop. Next move is I decide to do some advinti hybrid rims in blk. 18-8.
Felt like keeping stock rim size and tire.
So I was gonna go with the 45mm offset to bump them out just a bit but see they also offer 35mm which would set them out a bit farther.
right now I’m leaning towards 45 but would I gain anything going to 35mm.
I do track the car a few times a year but mostly street. Or is it just my preference for looks?
Or better yet what do you guys prefer I’m worried 35 will stick out to much and look gaudy

Falken RT-660's?
I just mounted some. Keep in mind those tires are fatties. Definitely wider than the Vredestein and Toyo's I previously had in the same size. They're bigger at the shoulder so just be aware of that .
