R3 Lowered with 20mm Spacers
#27
ya it looks like 22mm should work on the front as well.
as for the rims ya ill be keeping them unless i can get some gold advan super ver 2 for cheap ... so ya looks like illl have them for a while
and thanks Razz1 for the comment wish there was some fact to back that up.

I track mine with 20mm Ichiba V2 lowered on KW V3s without any problems. I do check the wheels every track day!

Looks great!
I'll be installing spacers this week and cannot clarify whether the torque spec of maximum 80ft.lbs pertains to both Spacer -> Hub, and Wheel -> Spacer?
What do you torque them to?

Well the spacers mention not to exceed 80ft.lbs so I would assume its spacer to hub but could be for wheel to spacer also.
Currently I have the wheels torqued to 108ft.lbs due to the SB for the clicking issue so want to make sure I do not exceed 80ft.lbs if so...

Thanks for the tip! Arent they super expensive though?

That Odula (?) lip looks really nice IMHO; adds some weight to the front.
As to tracking with spacers, I've also tracked with 20mm and absolutely no problem.
Just make sure you get good hub-centric ones (e.g. Eibach) not non-hub-centric junk from China and you should have no problems at all. You won't get wheel wobble, and your wheels won't fall off either.

Hi guys, I'm bumping this thread to avoid creating a new one of the same topic....
I've had Ichiba V2 25mm for both F/R for the last 2 months on my 09 R3 and have been noticing wheel wobble recently. It has been quite a smooth ride until now.. and have also been hearing what seems like the beginning stages of wheel bearing wear but unable to point the location yet... the car only has 33k and never tracked.
Any of you experience these issues?

What is the hub bore of ichiba vs R3 wheel? Do you have a hubcentric spacer? I would suggest getting one, install it, torque down the lugs and go from there.
Also, is the hub spacer on tight with the wheelm and you may need a hub ring there too!

The spacers are offered with hubcentric rings to meet the 67.1mm bore. They were installed without any issue and proper torque specs of 80ft/lbs were met. I re-torqued them last night but did not make a difference. I inspected the rings for cracks or breaks and seemed fine.

Correction: it seems better now after the re-torque, but the slight wheel bearing type noise is still there. I've only had them on for about 2500 miles. I don't doubt there could be some sort of long-term strain on the Hub and/or Bearings due to a large offset so I'm a bit concerned of pre-mature bearing failure.

I just installed my tanabe gf 210 springs, 245-35R19 tires, 20mm spacers up front, and 25mm spacers on the rear. I did a slight fender roll on the rear and have only slight plastic to tire contact when dealing with large sudden inclines.
