2005 black cherry RX-8: help me help my sister!
Year: 2005
Make: Mazda
Model: RX-8
Price: $14000
Mileage: 40000
Color: Black Cherry Mica
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (US State/Canada/Int): CA
My sister is trying to sell a very sporty, sexy coup called a Mazda RX-8. It's a 2005, has "suicide doors", the color is black cherry mica; it has beige leather heated seats, it's auto-manual transmission, with a rotary engine. It also has a moon roof, a 6-CD changer, a BOSE system, a VIPER security system (she added) and the usual bells & whistles- A/C, airbags, bucket seats, satellite radio, and only 40,000 miles. She bought it for $16,000, is selling it for $14,000 or best offer and she brought it over from Hawaii (It's registered with CA plates, passed smog, etc.) The model is called a SHINKA (which basically means it was made in Japan).
Interested? Please reply or message me directly. Thank you for looking!

Shinka means substantially more than 'made in Japan', bump for a pretty good price IMO.
From Wiki:
Shinka
In 2005, Mazda introduced the first special edition RX-8 called "Sports Prestige Limited" in Japan and "Shinka" in North America. Billed as a more luxurious grand touring model, this Shinka came with Black Cherry exterior color and Parchment leather interior along with subtly chromed 18" wheels. Only 1357 were made in the 2005 model year (though 2150 were scheduled, production never reached that amount). The most significant mechanical change were slightly revised Bilstein shocks and suspension cross member injected with urethane foam to improve ride quality.
Shinka returned for 2006 as a production trim package, now available in Copper Red, Galaxy Grey, and Whitewater Pearl. Only 1500 were made in 2006.

Thanks, Lord ET and ShinkaEvo. I actually didn't know about what was unique about the Shinka branding; I thought it was just an extra perk! It's a nice ride but we're definitely in the market to sell... the bumps are appreciated.

Shinka's don't necessarily have keyless ignition.
btw: they have Hitachi Tokico shocks (not Bilstein).
Good going-in price for the mileage although you may ultimately have to come down a bit.
