Lightly modded, clean title, no accidents, well-maintained. Garage kept, covered parking at work. No one has ever smoked in the car. I live in Houston, not far from the Galleria and the Medical Center.
The good:
Kosei K1-TS (Twin-Spoke) 18x8 (I think the offset is 40) with Sumitomo HTR-Z III 245/40ZR-18 all around. Minor curb rash, 75% tread left on rears, 50% on fronts.
Stainless steel brake lines
Speedbleeders on all 4 corners and master cylinder - have regularly flushed brake fluid
Hawk HPS pads front and rear
Slotted rotors from racingbrake.com on fronts
Whiteline sways front and rear
Tokico D-specs with cable adjusters and Racing Beat springs, maybe 12,000 miles on them. But only in the rear. I know, weird, but the install took longer than I figured and the car handled great with just the rears done, so I never got around to the fronts. Of course I will include the front shocks/springs with the car.
Racing Beat REVi intake - regularly cleaned/re-oiled filter
Black Halo Racing fuel pump installed 2010
Tranny and differential oil changed to Royal Purple just after I got the car
Regular oil changes - have documentation
New Costco battery in October
I changed the rear O2 sensor (I think it was the rear one, it was the cheaper of the two anyhow) 4 years ago.
Axial Flow short shifter kit installed.
Clutch reinforcing bracket installed to prevent failure of pedal.
The head unit display started glitching out, so I took it off, adjusted the face plate contacts and mounting tabs, and it's been fine since I did that several months ago.
AuxMod, so you can play tunes from your phone or iPod
The leather is in great shape. Power-adjustable driver seat. Heated front seats.
Starts right up, runs strong, no leaks under the car at all. I have added 4-6 ounces/tank of Idemitsu premix every tank since about 40,000 miles ago.
No leaks from window/door seals, or from the sunroof. A/C ice-cold.
Feels amazingly balanced and planted in the corners, very little body roll, stops on a dime. I'm gonna miss that.
The not-so-good:
Some dings/scrapes/dents to body. No accidents, just parking lot stuff.
A couple of
My kids made sure to mess the interior up a little, but it's very good. They were too short to reach the headliner, so it's clean. There is a small crack on the dash (passenger-side airbag cover).
The right rear taillight was fogging up after it rained, but I have taken the taillight out and put a bead of RTV black silicone around both sides of the gasket. Should be fine now.
