i have been browsing rx8 club for a while now debating whether i wanted to get one for my next car. i have decided on getting an rx8, and found one at a local dealer. From what i gathered, general though is to buy one from another user on here, vs just your average used dealer . i found a beautiful black 04 rx8 nearby for 5000usd with 77k miles, but at the moment ( i planned on looking farther into it this tuesday) i am unaware of compression test results, previous owners, mantinence, etc. i am debating on letting this car go and buying one from the forums and this one looked like one of the better ones available at the present time, i woud appreciate a pm so we can discuss the car a little. maybe i will take my business to new york instead of the car dealer i was intending on buying from.

Aluminum exhaust fell apart so I replaced it with a stainless steel one.

The fenders are not for the tube framed car. I got them from a guy who raced an RX8 in the Continental series ST class, which are basically stock cars. The GT class are the tube framed 3-rotor cars.

Wasn't aware of CF fenders except for the tube frame chassis. If you will sell separate I may consider it. Sorry the exhaust didn't pan out, it would have been enlightening if it had proven otherwise.
