Just bought a yellow car?!
sweeeeet.......
Just kidding
(The Pontiak Aztek was possibly most likely the catalyst which plunged GM into bankruptcy.)
Most yellow cars on the road are horrible- the RX-8 pulls it off though. Plus, I have yet to see another yellow one since I bought mine about 3-1/2 months ago.

I haven't been active on this forum for a really long time. Just got my car professionally detailed, and I'm in love with her all over again. Few problems with the motor, and damages on the car got me really down. now that she looks better than the day I picked her up from the dealer, 12 years ago, I couldn't be more happier with her.

Just my opinion, but I think it looked better with the stock wheels and hood.
But I'm an old fart.

I'm with you on the hood I think (to be honest I'm pretty torn) but the functionality of the vents is why I am keeping it on for now. I used to have the hood on before I had wheels or MS kit and i definitely did not like it then, stuck out like a sore thumb.
Gotta disagree on the wheels though, I'm very happy with those; although they look MUCH better in person as cameras have a hard time contrasting the black with the bright yellow.

They are nice wheels, but I'm old enough to remember when nice wheels were a luxury, and most cars had black steelies with wheel covers.
People would lose one or 2 covers, then take all 4 off because they were a PITA to replace & didn't want to bother with them.
That's what they remind me of.
My first car was a 69 Javelin, Hiahleah Yellow, I bought in 1976.
I paid $400 for Keystone Klassics, and another $250 for BF Goodrich white letter radials when most people were still buying bias ply tires, a fortune for a working high school kid back then.
