I apologize now if some of this stuff seems redundant or obvious. This is a copy/paste from my craigslist ad, and I didn't want to rewrite the whole thing again. I'm in Oregon City.
I'm selling my RX8 with extra parts I have for it. It currently has around 75k miles on it with original motor. I'm trying to sell all in one with parts, so I'd prefer not selling each part individually.

I've had it for about 2 1/2 years(from 50k miles). The first 2 years it ran wonderfully, then I parked/stored it in my garage from January because it needs an engine rebuild due to low compression. I can't guarantee that it'll start. It did start and run in early July when I moved, but I haven't tried to start it up since.
Body:
Body is in pretty good shape. Has some minor scratches, mostly on front bumper from rock chips. Front right fog light broke off from a curb while "hooning".
Interior:
Leather seats with electric adjustments on the driver side. Comes with 6CD-changer BOSE audio system. No rips or tears. Cushions aren't worn out/flattened.
Engine:
13B-MSP 6-Port 2 rotor engine. It is suffering from low compression. Lowest face is at 5.4. OEM NGK plugs are installed (any other plugs are not recommended for RX8s). Coolant reservoir sensor is faulty(no leak but it will always read low coolant).
Maintenance:
Replaced engine oil every 2k miles with Idemitsu 10w-30. Premixed with Idemitsu premix 2 stroke oil 3/4oz for every gallon of gas. Only ever used Shell or Chevron premium gas. Spark plugs, wires, and coils were replaced at 55k. Coolant replaced at 70k miles. Brake fluid replaced at 74k miles. Tires replaced at 66k miles with Nitto 555 G2s.
