06 MT for sale in wv. Fresh engine from rotary resurrection
I’ll try to get some pics up ASAP but working 12 hour days and moving is kinda time consuming...
its an 06 manual transmission, mica gray GT
I hit a deer and smashed the front clip, pass headlight, pass fender and hood. Engine was put in 15k miles ago by Kevin at RR. I bought his “A quality” engine (anyone whose dealt with rotary resurrection knows he grades all the parts used in his remans, A is basically a new engine) for $3500 and paid him for all the labor, new clutch, resurfaced flywheel, flushed oil coolers, new radiator hoses, oil metering pump lines, new engine mount bushings (stiffer, more durable poly so you can feel a bad takeoff more) and maybe a couple small things I can’t remember at the moment, I’ll have to dig out the bill. (Yes I have documentation for the engine replacement)
I’d like to get $1600 for the car, a little work and some salvage parts from other sellers here and you could get a lot of life out of this very fun vehicle. I’ve never had anything so fun to drive and it hurts me to let it go. (again I’ll have pics soon, I’m sorry!)
please no public blasting or public lowballing. I’d like to keep the car and fix it or put the engine and tranny in another roller but as I said, I’m moving and the new landlord won’t let me have an eyesore in the driveway so I guess I have to sell it 😢
engine ran great for the 15,000 miles I drove it, still starts and runs, I move it everytime I mow letting it idle for a while and the revving it a bit to try and prevent carbon buildup.
let me know if you’re interested, I’d say you’ll probably have to do pickup yourself as I just don’t have time lately, should be able to get a one way permit and drive it if you tie the hood down. Have salvage title from insurance totaling it after the accident. More interest might make me get pics faster.
For now I do have two pics I took the day of the accident and one from before

I wouldn't worry about carbon build, the sustained surface temperatures inside the chamber at idle won't be anywhere near hot enough to form carbon.
Shame about not being able to keep it -- hopefully something else fun is in your future.
