FT 1994 rx7 California
This is a feeler to see if there is interest in trading, or buying my 1994 RX7. I am looking for a 2005+ rx8 in winning blue, White, or dark gray. I do not want a model with a sunroof, as I will not fit. It needs to have have a lsd, dsc/tc, 6 speed manual, xenon headlights would be a plus!
The RX7.
550xx miles. Oil changed every 3000 miles, have all service papers. Detailed maintenance history available upon request. Run perfectly, no boost or vacuum leaks! Brand new Yokohama s drive tires with less than 1000 miles on them.
The car has had it's down pipe replaced as a reliability modification. I still have the stock down pipe if the need arises to return it to stock, though it just passed smog with the new catless down pipe. I have also added a defi d-link boost gauge for monitoring the turbos. I've had the vacuum hoses replaced by a local rotory specialist. He also replaced a couple of faulty solenoids, and the coupler from the intercooler to the turbos as it had split.
The stereo was taken out for an alpine iDA-X001 stereo, it has the full speed ipod connection, and I also bought the bluetooth connection box for it, for hands free talking. I have the stock stereo, and it can be re-installed. I've also added the jdm armrest pictured below, I still have the stock ashtray. I have also had the stock driver's seat cushion custom made so that I sit 2+ inches lower in the car as I am 6'3. I still have the original driver's seat bottom, and it is in the same condition as the rest of the leather (great!).
I am the second owner on the car. The car has a clean title, and has never been raced. Always warmed up before boosting, and cooled down before turning off. It has NEVER over heated. Always had premium gas. I am in Northern California, south bay area.
The only bad news is that the car has two small scratches from the original owners' daughter's bike. They are hardly noticeable from the pictures I have included, so I have added close ups.
Pictures!

I was set on an RX-8, when the FD showed up in my life. Funny how I'm back to the 8. Do you find it weird that it is AN RX-8 not A RX-8

you're telling me! I figured people would be jumping all over it. But I've got time on my side, so I'll be patient, wait for the right car to come along. If it is on the other side of the country I would drive half way to meet them.
