Ok I am going to say that this is an AWESOME price in my opinion. I just traded in my 2002 Civic EX (FP Edition) that had only 32k miles on it for 10,000 ....

 

I've lowered the price. I'm also willing to consider reasonable offers. You won't come across many cars that have been babied as much as this one and in such pristine condition.

 

Bump for a clean car. If it is indeed mint then this a good deal.
