I am looking to sell my 2008 GT. It has around 50,000 miles on it, runs like a charm. It's a completely unmolested stock car. The only modification is an iPod interface cable.

Flaws -
1) The remote trunk release (from the keyfob) does not work. I have two fobs, and neither one will pop the trunk. This hasn't been an issue for me, since the trunk release button inside the car works. Also the key itself can open the trunk if needed.
2) There is a small, maybe BB-sized ding on the passenger door. It's not noticeable and I can't get it to show in photographs. The paint looks good, but does have a rock chip or two on the front end. Basically it looks how you'd expect a car with 50,000 miles to look. It has been cared for.
3) On cold mornings, I sometimes have a bit of trouble getting the car in reverse. I just have to put it in 4th before putting it into reverse. Not sure if this is normal in this or all cars, just thought I'd mention it. I've never had issues in warm weather.

The car has been babied in the 2 years that I've had it. I was nervous buying a used RX-8 when I got it (since these cars require a bit more attention than non-rotary cars), but I have been pleasantly surprised.

check your glove box for the trunk disable switch and make sure you didn't accidently hit it.

There is should be another trunk release button, above right side of license plate, I use that one a lot. I notice that you have to hold the buttons on the keyfob for some function to work, such as the trunk release, but I rarely use keyfob for anything other than carry it since GT has smartkey.
