Your mention of "not a salvage title" indicates that it does indeed have a title, and no buyer in their right mind would buy it without a title hand-over.

I know there are exceptions, for example my 99 Miata doesn't have a title because RI doesn't issue titles for cars over 10 years old. So... why no title?

The title had some complications from the transfer between the previous owner and me, and before completion of transfer, the car was already wrecked. And insurance would not help me out. This car was NOT stolen. lol

I wish to sell the vehicle particularly as a whole for its parts because I put at least $20,000 fixing this car up to pass smog and registration. I wish to get at least SOME money back.

i would, speak for yourself.. titles for "abandon" vehicles are easier to get in some states then others.

however, i won't do body work, it's just not what i enjoy. GLWS.

Might be easier to part this thing out to make some money back. There are a few miscellaneous parts I would personally take, but not enough to justify purchasing the entire car.

Did you purchase this car from Torrance area?

Hey man sorry to hear about the car... I'm up in Canada and getting parts up here can prove rather difficult. Just bought my RX-8 in January and looking to start modding. Would you be willing to sell the TEIN S-TECHS?

Thanks and GLWS.
