This is my second RX-8, I've been on the forum for a long time (since my 2004 Velocity Red GT) and I know all about the rotary and can assure it's been maintained perfectly. The only warranty work was a check engine that resulted in a coil replacement and they changed the sparkplugs for good measure at about 22,000 miles, for which I have records. This work was done under warranty at Wantagh, Mazda so it's also in the Mazda database. I changed with Dino oil every 3,000 miles, and I generally added about 1 qt. after 2,000 miles depending on oil level. I have every service receipt, I even have a log of each fuel fill up if the new owner cares to have it. The car is very clean in and out and has never been in any accidents. There are a few scratches, the most notable being on the drivers side front plastic trim piece on the bottom part of the bumper, the lip if you will.
Currently I have my winter tires mounted on the car, Bridgestone Blizzak LM 25's on 18 inch wheels. The snows are pretty curbed however the OEM R3 Forged 19's are in great shape as seen in the pictures. Depending on the buyers whim, I'd be happy to either deliver the car with both sets as is, or put the summers back on if the vehicle is going someplace warm.
I have a copy of the Carfax report that I got from a dealer friend for free, which I'll be happy to email to anyone interested (I took a screenshot of the first page, see below).
If anyone has any questions you can call me at (my google voice number) : 224-999-0227 or PM me here and I'll get back to you asap.
Thanks,
Jason.

The winter tires are 225/45 18 Bridgestone Blizzak LM-60 mounted on cheap Tirerack alloy non forged wheels.
The R3 tires are the original Bridgestone Potenza REO5OA Tires with about half the tread left (only drive with them on half the time).
Thanks for your interest.

Car is Sold! Thanks for all the replies and interest. And thanks for the nice comments regarding my Lotus, I guess Im a sucker for cars with misunderstood powertrain-chassis relationships.
