He probably had it posted else where or was not approved by the mod until recently. I was on a hunt for one, surely this was not here until recently.

Compression results and price drop
Hey everyone,
I took the car to my local Mazda dealer to have the rotary compression test performed. The results were pretty disappointing. I am listing them below.
The car has no drivability issues, cold and hot starts beautifully and pulls strong.
I am dropping the price here to $12,500 to reflect this. As previously, don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.
Cheers.

Bump and price drop!
Hi again,
Price reduced to $11,000.
For the right person, this is a great deal.
If nobody is interested, I will probably be taking care of the rebuild proactively, and then heading to one of the auction sites. I may even auction it off “as-is”.
I am wanting to get back into an ND Miata, which is the only reason for sale.
But, considering how well this car drives, I might end up just driving it and enjoying it awhile longer since a new Miata is 3 or 4 times the price…
Cheers,
Chris

I think you are asking a bit much. Looks in decent shape cosmetically, but it is a modified 4 port with 7psi left of life. I be interested for about half your price, but I'm sure you'd be offended.

modified 4 port? First of all it is a 6 port, and these “modifications” are very common and easily reversible.
No, I won’t take half of my asking price, thank you. No offense taken.
Cheers!

For sale again
I updated the first post to reflect the current condition of the car.
For anyone interested in a very clean 2008 40th Anniversary with 6-speed manual, this is a good one. Documented history, has been babied and loved its entire life.
I recently picked up a 10AE NB Miata, and have decided not to keep both.
Trying this forum again prior to listing on one of the various auction platforms.
cheers!
