GT-R power severely underated?
at almost 4000lbs how is it beating the 3100lb z06 and ~3600lb 911 turbo?

You have to have an AWD dyno. The front and rear rollers are tied together I believe.
I didn't know this car weighed so much! I should've expected it though...

I wouldn't doubt that Nissan under-rated this car. There are already dyno's out there suggesting so.

Just like the last Supra it has a motor designed to run FI. I think the 480 or so hp is really whp. From what I remember the new ZO6's dyno somewhere around 470whp.

you are making decision about which car is superior despite real world performance numbers, based on 2 cars you have not driven before because one is smaller than the other one? make no sense at all

I have no first hand experience with the GTR, but from all the hype surrounding it and all the anticipation, it sure does look like it met all the expectations.

Does anyone know the official chassis code? I overheard a Nissan rep at an auto show. He said that it would not be called the R35 and would have a new letter designation.

R35 is the chasis code,
