So Flo Oil
Hey everyone, I was just wondering which oil would be better for very hot weather conditions such as South florida, where temperatures are at a constant 90*F~ or even higher and gets very humid.
I'm running 5W30 Castrol GTX for the weather instead of the dealer recommended 5W20.
But I wanted to hear the opinions on other oils as such as maybe... 10W30 or even 10W40 or the other 5WXX grades.
What could possibly be some of the pro's and con's or if Im just doing fine with 5W30 here.
also. i already searched and found the answers but wanted to be current about coolant.
A water/coolant mix of 70/30 with maybe some water wetter is the best option for temperatures here right?
At winter we dont really even go below 60*F
I appreciate all the comments
