Criuse Route 218 Aug 09 in Fredericksburg, VA
I am planning a cruise on Route 218 over twenty miles of twist and turns on Sunday August 9th. At the end of 218 there are a couple of fast food restaurants we can eat at before we head back. The time we are going to do it is up in the air depends on what time is best for everyone I prefer noon or around noon hope the weather is nice. We can meet somewhere off of Hwy 17 or my place it is off Hwy 17 with plenty of parking at my Apt complex. Let me know what you guys want to do. If you have someone to take video it will be nice hope to see you there!

Sounds good, hope to get some people out for this one. I know it will be a nice drive. Will try to think on the time but I have no issues with noon or around there.

Ok we can look at around noon at my place. I contacted two others in Richmond and saw one RX8 near my place and left a note hope more can show see you guys next Sunday.

got your note it's funny cause i was workin at geico on the 4th floor heard a car looked outside and you were leaving the parking lot. i live at the greens off 17 so were close. count me in. thanks for the invite i wish other 8 owners around here did stuff. i see some pretty cool 8s but no meets.

Yo, Ramil, this sounds like fun!!!! I think I might be the only out cast out there thou. Remember I have the mazdaspeed 6. I'm like a long lost cousin to da rx8 . 12noon should be perfect.

It's all good I remember you have a Mazdaspeed 6; back in Jacksonville, FL we had a EVO show up at our meets because he used to have a RX8 so we all have something in common. We are meeting at my Apt my address is on here we will try to get some pics before we head out the drive should be fun.

Hey cool man my car is that loud! Well so far we have four including you going on the cruise so that is not too bad. Your car looks good I remember you were the one that got your back bumper fixed right? Don't you know someone else in Fredericksburg with a RX8? If you do see if he can come out. Cool maybe this is the time you guys can make up! JK! that would be cool if you can get more 8's to come out; outside of my apt I have a long row of visitor parking that no one ever parks at we can get some shots before we leave. So far four RX8's and one Mazda 6(former RX8 owner) having more would be nice....

We have the meet scheduled at noon but can if it moves back to 130 to 200 can everyone still make it? If not we can keep it at noon let me know what you guys can do.

Looks like Sunday will be a hot and sunny day so that is good for us! Remember I changed the time from noon to 130-200pm at my apt. Once everyone is there we will take off to route 218 and end over twenty miles later in Owens, VA. There is a couple of fast food joints KFC, Burger King, McDonalds, Arby's and Subway where we can eat at before we head back. I am going to post my address again and if you have anymore questions drop me off a note see you Sunday!

Thanks for everyone that showed up for the ride it was fun and we will do it again. We will schedule another meet for next Sunday let us know if you have any good ideas. Here are some of the pics of our cruise next time lets have more turn out. See you guys next weekend!

sorry i couldn't make it. I'll try to make it to the nex one i'm off sundays so thats perfect for me. I feel kinda embarassed my carbon fiber lip got busted on a curb i'm waiting on a my new body kit to come so i can prep paint and install that. haha i'll try next sunday if not i'm gonna wait till i get my kit and new exhaust on.
