Possible Flooded Engine

Possible Flooded Engine
I went out this morning for work and the car wouldnt start, just kept cranking over. I held it for about 4-5 seconds since it was cold out.
I though back to last night when I moved my car, I just turned it on and moved it right away and shut it right off. Could this flood it?
Anyway, I worked all day, just got home and tried again. Instead of just constant crank, it tries to get going, wont fully start, but has a putt to it.
I also did try the flooded engine procedure this morning from the manual. Car still will not start...
Help?

Hmmm i dont know exactly what starting our engines cold, moving them right away, and then shutting off when still cold does, someone with more knowledge will surley chime in soon.
But i do know this is a big no no and that not only is driving our cars before their warmed up stressful on the engine but then shutting them off cold is bad on the seals.

I just cranked it over for like 8 seconds when I got home and yeah it was smoking from the passenger tail pipe, not much but a little.
Could it be a fuel pump maybe? It just keep cranking and cranking, but wont start... Ive looked through the whole manual and cant find anything
Edit: I also checked the battery terminals, clean, no leaks. No other leaks anywhere that I could see. When I crank it over more than once you can smell gas.

There is a sticky at the top of this very forum:

Okay, so heres what happened, and still havent gotten it to start...
I took out the spark plugs, they had tons of buildup and were soaked in fuel, I cleaned them with a torch and a small nail to scrape some buildup off. Let them cool and put them back in where they went and put plugs back where they went as well. -Still no start
Put a battery charger on, waited about 10 minutes and tried again. -Still no start
Push start method, got 1k RPM, was not started, and car just stopped, with two people pushing. -Still no start
Something is terribly wrong here?
Edit: I also checked all the fuses, none are bad
