AT and Tc light on after manual swap.

AT and Tc light on after manual swap.
So I've just recently successfully finished manual swapping my s2 rx8. Now I have two problems that I can't seem to find the solution online (unless I'm looking for the wrong thing or not using the correct words) how can I get rid of the AT light and tc light off? At light I believe I can get rid of by replacing the cluster to a manual one but the tc light is still there. I don't seem to lose traction and my abs still works. Thanks in advance!

You need a manual ECU. A manual cluster won't have the AT light but that doesn't mean the transmission controller isn't freaking out. Speed sensors between auto and manual are different so that's probably why TC is panicking. You could try to read the trouble codes to see what specific part they're panicking about.

I've attached the photo of the codes

The CAN bus has to talk to the modules. You have substituted modules that havent been configured to talk to each other.
The ECU is expecting one thing... and getting something else. The only easy way to do the swap is to change over all the modules from the AT to the MT, or get someone who understands the way the as built data sets up the CAN routines and can modify it to work. All the U codes are communication errors.

If the TC light is on it isn't working.
Basically that isn't a huge issue as long as you drive accordingly.
The ABS should be working. My DSC is disabled and the ABS works the same as before
It is unlikely that without swapping the ecu and the dash and the rest of the MT components that you will get it working.
The TCM for the AT is expecting data that isnt on the CAN and that is tied to the Traction control. Even if you swap everything over you still will likely have issues with the as built data that is tied to the VIN
